These Terms and Conditions govern your use of this website and the practice tools, content, and accounts it provides ("the Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms.

The Service

The Service provides IELTS practice materials — timed mock tests, untimed practice tools, study content, and related features — for personal exam-preparation use. It is an independent practice tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or a substitute for the official IELTS test administered by the British Council, IDP, or Cambridge Assessment English.

Accounts

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate registration information, and tell us if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.

Free and paid access

A free account includes limited practice content, described on the site at any given time. Full Access is a one-time paid upgrade that unlocks additional content for a fixed period from the date of payment, as stated on the Plans page at the time of purchase; renewing before expiry extends your existing access rather than restarting it. Prices are shown in the currency you're charged in before you pay.

Payments and refunds

Payments are processed by Razorpay or PayPal; we do not receive or store your full card or bank details. Refund requests are handled case-by-case — contact support with your request and we'll respond promptly. Nothing here overrides any statutory refund rights you may have under the law that applies to you.

Acceptable use

• Don't share your account credentials or resell access to the Service.
• Don't attempt to copy, scrape, or redistribute the practice content in bulk.
• Don't use the Service in any way that disrupts it for other users or attempts to bypass its access controls.

Content and intellectual property

All test passages, questions, audio scripts, prompts, and related content on this platform are original works created for this project and remain our intellectual property (or that of our licensors). You may use them for your own personal exam preparation; you may not republish, resell, or redistribute them.

No guarantee of exam outcome

Band estimates, feedback, and scoring provided by the Service — including AI-assisted feedback on Writing and Speaking — are estimates intended to support your preparation. They are not a guarantee of any particular score on the actual IELTS test, which is scored independently by IELTS examiners under its own criteria.

Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the Service, including reliance on any band estimate or feedback it provides.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time; the current version is always the one published on this page. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
