• Account information you provide: name, email address, password (stored as a secure hash, never in plain text), and your IELTS track (Academic or General Training).
• Activity you generate on the platform: test attempts and answers, band results, Writing/Speaking submissions and feedback, flashcard progress, and study plan inputs (such as a target band or target date).
• Payment records: when you purchase Full Access, we record the transaction (provider, amount, currency, status) for your own purchase history and support purposes. We do not receive or store your full card, UPI, or bank account details — those are handled directly by Razorpay or PayPal.
• Basic technical data any website collects, such as browser session information needed to keep you logged in.

How we use it

We use this information to operate the Service: authenticating your account, scoring and storing your attempts, personalizing your study plan and recommendations, processing payments, and providing customer support when you contact us or open a support ticket.

What we don't do

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not share your test results or account details with anyone outside of operating the Service itself, except where required by law.

Cookies and sessions

We use a session cookie to keep you logged in. It's necessary for the Service to function and isn't used for cross-site advertising tracking.

Data retention

We retain your account and activity data for as long as your account exists, so your history and progress remain available to you. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time — see below.

Your rights

You can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct inaccurate information, or ask us to delete your account and data, by contacting us through the Contact Us page or, once logged in, through a support ticket.

Children's privacy

The Service is intended for people preparing to take the IELTS exam and is not directed at children under 13. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
